Daily balance training
Balance practice, a few minutes a day
Balance Quest turns balance practice into a short, friendly daily habit. Your phone or watch measures how much you sway, a little character wobbles right along with you, and the exercises grow as you get steadier.
How it works
Three minutes, next to your kitchen counter
-
Find your starting point
A 10-second test with your feet together measures your sway, so every exercise starts at the right level for you.
-
Practice a little every day
Hold your phone to your chest or wear your watch. The character mirrors your balance in real time, with gentle haptic ticks to keep you company.
-
Move up when you're ready
Feet together, heel to toe, one leg, eyes closed. You only move to the next step once you're steady, and you can always take a step back.
What's inside
Made for real life, good days and bad
-
Real sway measurement
Your phone's motion sensors show how steady you are, not just whether you finished.
-
An exercise ladder that adapts
Difficulty grows with you, based on how steady you've been over several sessions.
-
Bad-day mode
One tap for a shorter, easier session that still keeps your streak going.
-
Your therapist's plan
Add the exercises your physio gave you and share a progress report at your next visit.
-
A support circle
Invite a partner, friend or carer to cheer you on. You choose what they see.
-
Watch mode
A countdown ring and sway bar on Apple Watch or Wear OS, so your hands stay free.
-
Calm by design
Soft fades and gentle springs, never spins or zooms. A calm-motion switch makes it stiller still.
-
Private by design
Raw sensor readings stay on your device. Your app data is kept in the EU, and we never sell it. Privacy policy
Progress you can see
Measured against you, not anyone else
Every practice day adds a step to your journey map. Your scores compare you with your own starting point, so progress means getting steadier than you were, at your own pace.
Who it's for
For anyone who wants to practice their balance
- Living with a condition that affects balance
- Back on your feet after an injury
- Staying steady as the years go by
- Runners, skiers and yogis
- Following a physio's home plan
- Cheering on someone you love
Practice safely. Balance Quest is a wellness app for balance practice. It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or predict any condition or falls. Always practice next to something sturdy you can hold, and talk to a doctor or physiotherapist first if you fall often or feel dizzy day to day.
